Your business operation is flawed if you can’t quantify its results or progress in terms of the bottom line.
For example, all the businesses that had marketing campaigns during the Superbowl, NYC Fashion Week, the Grammy’s and Valentines day, must answer this ?:
Did it or will it directly result in increasing sales of those products/services/businesses related to those campaigns?? and (if yes) by how much? If this can’t be answered then all that marketing money spent is basically unaccounted for.
Once you have their attention, what will you say to them that is relevant and inspires them to act the way you want? This is one of the questions that businesses need to constantly ask themselves when beginning a marketing campaign and getting consumers to purchase their products/services.
